• All bookings for experiences or events are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices may vary by experience and location.

• Payments must be made in full in advance through our approved payment gateway(s).

• Booking confirmations will be emailed to you upon successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the curated and exclusive nature of our experiences:

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the experience may be eligible for partial refunds (case-by-case basis).

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.

• Specific experiences may carry their own cancellation policies. Please check individual experience details.

5. Membership Terms

Users accepted into The Stallions Club must adhere to all member guidelines. VIBECHECKIN MARKETING reserves the right to revoke membership access in case of:

• Violation of community standards

• Misuse of access privileges

• Non-payment of dues (if applicable)

6. Experience Liability

While we vet all experience providers:

• VIBECHECKIN MARKETING acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from experience execution.

• Users participate at their own risk and must comply with all instructions, safety regulations, and waivers, if applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials on the Platform are the property of VIBECHECKIN MARKETING or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate with third-party tools, vendors, or experience providers. VIBECHECKIN MARKETING is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
